  Last year we used this company, they were great and did a great job. The owner said at the end he would fix our laundry room electrical outlet for free since we did a lot of work with them. We didn't ask for that, but I thought how awesome and what a great company. He said he would come by (after we made our last payment to him - which he was also late for), on that Saturday. We stayed home, and he was a no show. We called him and he said he would come by a few days later. Again a no show. We decided to let it go but a few weeks later my husband crossed paths with him at Home Depot. He said he would make it right and come by and do it. He set a date and again we stayed home waiting around. Again- no show. Fast forward to this year and we need a general contractor. I hated to try and get this guy again with all of his no shows but there is no denying that he does good work. So for that I was going to try again. We called him from my number which he didn't have on file last year and he said sure he'd come do a free estimate. He said to send him our address, but I guess once he seen our address he decided not to come?! I'm not sure why. My husband was adamant about trying to use him again because he did great work, so my husband texted him... No response. I'm not saying they don't do quality work because they do. If I would rate that by itself I would give a 4-5 star rating. But their customer service skills are seriously lacking. Making someone wait around when you say you will show up is extremely rude and unprofessional. No call either to let us know something came up! I understand things happen but to ignore people? Disrespectful! We need a lot done to this house but I guess my business isn't good enough for him.
