  This is a worthless place! After purchasing a New Home from KHovnanian home in Houston, we got an appointment at this place, which they called the "Design Center". Here we had to do our selection of the interior for the New Home. (The Cupboards, Tiles, Carpets, Granite, Bath Rooms ect ect) But that had only 3 options for Cupboards from the base level. But so many at the Upgraded level. Also only 3 Options for the Granite at the Base level. It was so hard to find a match B/W the cupboards & the Granite. Selections we very limited. And the so called "Designer" was just trying to sell the upgraded items, rather than giving us advises / ideas. She was more of a Sales Person..! When we came out of this place, we were thinking that we paid $275K for a house & we still do not know what we will be getting for that price we paid..!
