  Went into mattress from today and Chris was extremely sweet and helpful. He answered all my questions and was able to keep me in my price range. I definitely recommend him for all of your mattress needs!

  I bought a new hybrid memory foam I series mattress which was too firm, so I found a less expensive mattress about $200 dollars cheaper but Chris the manager refused to give me the same discounts as on the first mattress even though it had only been just about a week. He said that it’s an even exchange. How is that an even exchange when I am getting a pillowtop mattress with no memory foam from a hybrid memory foam and coils!?!?!? The store manager Chris was extremely rude and even hung up on me. I am reporting him to the corporate office. Very disappointing.
