I am personally happy with T-Mobil; however, Alex, one of the staff at T-Mobil, is not as knowledgeable about the products. Maybe he had a bad day, maybe he is tired; but as long as you are on the floor you have to be on the top of your game. love it or leave it! it is sad to see a bad review because of ONE BAD TEAM MEMBER.
